Sino-German Dolang sponsored the warehousing and logistics events of the SCO Youth Skills Competition, helping the competition to be held smoothly

On December 16, the “Belt and Road” Skill Dream Building Series of Activities was launched at Guangzhou Mechanical and Electrical Technician College. The theme of this event was “The Light of Skills, Illuminating the Dream Building Journey”. Friends from “Belt and Road” countries such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, India, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and the Philippines carried out international exchanges and cooperation in the field of vocational skills. During the event, Sino-German Dolang provided equipment and technical support for the “Belt and Road” Skill Dream Building Series of Activities – the warehousing and logistics competition of the SCO member states youth skills competition, and signed a memorandum of international strategic cooperation on school-enterprise cooperation and production-education integration with Guangzhou Mechanical and Electrical Technician College.

Stefan Parschl, former member of the board of directors of WorldSkills, Dr. Michael KK Fung, member of the board of directors of WorldSkills, Yang Yi, director of the Vocational Training Division of the Vocational Capacity Building Department of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and other relevant leaders , as well as players and coaches of the SCO member states’ youth skills competition and representatives of Sino-German Dolang enterprises attended the relevant activities. At the event, Sino-German Dolang and Guangzhou Mechanical and Electrical Technician College signed an international strategic cooperation memorandum on school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration to further expand the international cooperation map and promote the organic connection between the education chain, talent chain, industrial chain and innovation chain. During the meeting, Jiang Zuodong, chairman of Sino-German Dolang Group , reported to the leaders present on the achievements of Sino-German Dolang in international school-enterprise cooperation, industry-education integration and “Belt and Road” international skills exchange activities.

As an important part of the “Belt and Road” series of skills dream-building activities, the SCO Youth Skills Competition is a pragmatic move to promote international skills exchange and cooperation to a deeper level. The competition schedule is designed to match the World Skills Competition, the competition content is cutting-edge and the technology application is industry-leading. The competition attracted more than 40 young people from SCO member states such as China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, India, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan to compete on the same field.

The warehousing and logistics competition focuses on assessing the contestants’ technical capabilities in planning and design, simulation operations, and actual production and operation in warehousing and logistics tasks. In the next step, Sino-German Dolang will rely on its own industrial technology and international resources to actively serve the “Belt and Road” Skill Dream Building Action related activities and competitions, promote skill cooperation with the countries that jointly build the “Belt and Road”, improve the level of international skill cooperation, and become a bridge for “joint consultation, joint construction, and sharing” among the countries along the “Belt and Road”.
