1. Introduction

Mechanical System Teaching workbench DLJX-JXXT for technical colleges, vocational education schools, vocational education and training institutions developed industrial teaching maintenance device, its composited application according to mechanical teaching and typical mechanical structure in the industrial production, to enable students to master the mechanical transmission components selection, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Industrial maintenance training bench can make the training project of transmission component installation of mechanical , using, maintenance and troubleshooting training.

This teaching equipment enabling students to know the course theoretical knowledge and through practical ability to improve and analyze problems, problem-solving skills.

2.Equipment Teaching Skills

Following the principle of step-by-step, from low to high, the training equipment can carry out the following four different stages of teaching and training:

Stage 2: V-belt lange coupling , Gear coupling, chain coupling, bearing lubrication with seat, chain lubrication….

Stage 3: Helical spur gear drive,  gearbox, plain bearing, roller bearing, bearing lubrication, gasket, O-ring, lip seal ring, mechanical seal.

Stage 4: Torque limiters, electromagnetic clutches, electromagnetic brakes, ball screws, ball screw leads and gear ratios, linear bearings, troubleshooting and repairs.

3.Mechanical training modules

• The training module mainly includes the following modules:1. Planny brake module: including mounting seat, brake wheel, spring dynamometer, etc.
  2. Motor unit module: including motor 1 (220V, 50 (60) Hz, 180W) and motor 2 (220V, 50 (60) Hz, 120W), all with mounting bases
  3. Shaft and coupling module: including sleeve coupling, claw coupling, a set of shafts and a panel for storing parts, on the panel there are installation fixtures and parts signs;
  4. Bearing module with seat: It includes 3 sets of bearings with seat and a panel for storing parts. There are installation fixing parts and parts signs on the panel.
  5. Belt drive module 1: It includes 3 pulleys, 1 V-belt, and a panel for storing parts, and there are installation fixtures and parts signs on the panel;

  6. Chain drive module 1: It includes 3 sprockets and 2 sets of chains, chain cutters and a panel for storing parts, and there are installation fixtures and parts signs on the panel;
  7. Gear transmission module 1: It includes 6 spur gears and a panel for storing parts, and there are installation fixtures and parts signs on the panel;
  8. Belt transmission module 2: including single-slot V-belt pulley, double-slot V-belt pulley, common synchronous pulley, variable-speed pulley, high-torque synchronous pulley and idler pulley, and two panels for storing parts. There are signs of installation fixtures and spare parts;
  9. Chain drive module 2: including double-row roller sprocket, toothed sprocket, double-row roller chain, toothed chain, and a panel for storing parts, with installation fixtures and parts signs on the panel;
  10. Shaft alignment and coupling modules: including gear couplings, flange couplings, elastic couplings, chain couplings, serpentine spring couplings, universal couplings, etc. and storage zero The panel of the component, there are installation fixing parts and component signs on the panel;
