1.Overview
DLSKP-C802S22 Intelligent CNC Lather Machine Training System(Siemens system) is a didactic equipment
Training kits consists of workbench and biaxial cross table (including second spindle), motor modules, with electrical installation, parameter setting, PLC programming , fault diagnosis and maintenance, CNC programming operations and other functions on CNC lathes, turning centers, CNC milling machines, machining centers, CNC machine. Different machine switched by software provided or PLC programming. Biaxial cross table work as moving objects, can be directly reflects the movement of the machine.
2.Constitute of the workbench
a）The workbench is painted workbench, color is RAL7035
b）The operation parts divide into two parts，the upper part is CNC system and operation panel, , I / O panel, control module; Below part including feeding axis panel, spindle panels, limit switch signal panel, schematics panel; The right side is failure assessment, power area and control area.
c）The workbench upper part has a six-hole socket; view from the front of workbench, there are three air plugs in the left-lower part of the table, connect semi-real stroke switch signal and spindle frequency motor power cable and analog signal lines; there is four-pole circuit breakers on the right side as the system master control power supply.
