The 2023 BRICS Skills Competition Industry 4.0 International Finals officially kicked off on November 10 at Henan Open University (Zhengzhou Information Technology Vocational College).
This international final is hosted by the South African Department of Higher Education and Training, the BRICS Business Council, and the Gauteng Provincial Government of South Africa. The BRICS Business Council (Chinese side) Skills Development Working Group, the Belt and Road and BRICS Skills Development International The Alliance and the Chinese and Foreign Cultural Exchange Center of the Ministry of Education are the Chinese organizing units, and Henan Open University (Zhengzhou Vocational College of Information Technology) is the executive organizer. Sino-German Dolang serves as the technical support unit, providing equipment and technical support for the competition.
As the technical support unit of this competition, Sino-German Dolang will actively build a platform for international skills development and technical exchanges, and collaborate with BRICS vocational schools and industry enterprises to jointly promote multi-field, multi-level, and international talent cultivation, enrich The content of exchanges and cooperation between vocational schools and enterprises in BRICS countries will jointly promote greater development in educational cooperation, skills development and people-to-people exchanges among BRICS and “Belt and Road” countries.
The platform for this Industry 4.0 competition is DLIM-4212
The hardware platform of DLIM-412 industrial 4.0 technology application system includes bottom box feeding station, bookmark feeding station, box cover assembly station and storage station. The software platform is composed of MES production execution system and digital twin system. The system can complete the personalized customization of bookmarks and learn and master the professional skills of industrial 4.0.
