DLZL-WA02 Basic Refrigeration Training and HVAC Basics Training Device

1.Overview

DLZL-WA02 training equipment use water-cooled condenser system that introduce air conditioner and refrigeration basic knowledge.

Training students can learn air conditioner and refrigeration sytem knowledge about how to use vapor compression refrigeration cycle operation.

The training equipment provided with a special control gauges and transparent viewports for setting up and monitoring various experiments.

2.Technical Feature

The equipment consists of a workbench made of aluminum profile with a presentation panel on it. The refrigeration circuit is printed on the demo panel. The refrigerant lines are color-coded to show the high and low pressure of the refrigerant.

The device also includes a control panel with a voltmeter, an ammeter and a temperature display instrument on the control panel.

3.Training Contents

(2) Water-cooled air refrigeration’s charge

(3) Pressure and temperature measurment ;

(4) Draw pressure – thermodynamic cycle training;

(5) Use p-h diagram to caculate cooling qty ;
