1. Overview
DLWD-DTKZ02 Dynamic open-loop control training system(Electromechanical transmission and control) is a training platform composed of aluminum alloy or sheet metal, It consists of a frequency converter module, servo drive module, power supply module, three-phase asynchronous motor module, DC motor module, and stepper drive module. It provides a typical system comprehensive training environment for students who can learn many application technologies such as motor drive, mechanical transmission, programmable controller, frequency conversion speed regulation, etc.
2. Hardware introduction
2.1 The training platform is made of industrial aluminum profiles or sheet metal. It adopts a drawer structure. The power supply and control part adopts a hanging box or box structure. It is placed in the drawer or on the table and can be combined according to the experimental content.
2.2 The power supply module adopts box style, with overload and short circuit protection, can provide AC380V, AC220V power supply and DC DC24V power supply, etc., and is placed on the platform.
2.3 The three-phase multi-function meter adopts the hanging box style, and one piece of the three-phase multi-function meter is provided.
2.4 The inverter module adopts the hanging box style and provides a Siemens V20 inverter with an input power supply of AC380V and a power of 0.37KW, which is used to control and adjust the speed of the three-phase asynchronous motor.
2.5 The servo motor drive module (applied to the dual-axis execution system) provides a set of Siemens V90 servo systems, pulse control type, input voltage AC220V, power 400W, maximum output torque 3.8Nm, rated speed 3000r. Determine its installation location according to the actual design. Support PROFINET communication
2.6 The stepper motor driver module (applied to the dual-axis execution system) provides a two-phase stepper motor driver with a constant current range of 1.0-4.2A, a power supply voltage of DC18-48V, a subdivision of 1-128, and a pulse control type.
2.7 PLC provides Siemens 200SMART series PLC, CPU chooses ST40, integrates 24 channels of DI, 16 channels of DO, and expands EM AM03 analog module with 2 inputs and 1 output. Integrate one RJ45 network port, support PROFINET, TCP/IP, and other communication, integrate one RS485 serial port, and support MODBUS-RTU communication.
