1. Overview

The physical world has become efficient and orderly because of the digital world, and the application of digital twin technology has become more extensive.
DLIM-103MA Industrial Internet Collaborative Manufacturing Technology Application Equipment is produced under the above background.
Its hardware platform consists of a training workbench, industrial visual inspection, a six-axis industrial robot, a feeding unit, an RFID power management system, a feeding module, an automatic storage module, AGV, and a network layer kit. The device complies with the “National Vocational Technical Skills Standards for Industrial Internet Engineering Technicians (2021 Edition)”. For the 2021 National Electronic Communication Industry Vocational Skills Competition – Industrial Internet Collaborative Manufacturing Technology Application Vocational Skills Competition platform, the equipment was developed.
The software consists of PLC programming software, MES system software, marking software, digital twin software, vision software, and touch screen programming software.
