1. Overview
DLIM-441 Smart manufacturing training workbench (industry 4.0) is a vocational education equipment based on the discrete digital manufacturing enterprise. It consists of IoT, such as smart cameras, online measurement, RFID, and networking equipment. The Device implementation layer includes Industrial Robots, AGVs, Smart Warehousing, CNC machines, etc. The management control layer includes Digital Twin and MES Manufacturing Execution System. All of this realize Automation, digitization, networking, and intelligence for smart manufacturing.
2 Electrical Control System
The electrical control system comprises a PLC module, input power supply, output power supply, servo (stepping) driver, IO adapter board, relay, terminal block, touch screen, operation panel, etc.
It is mainly installed on the mesh plate at the bottom of the basic industry 4.0 platform.
The electronic control system switch door is made of acrylic material, and the frame is inlaid with lights, which can effectively ensure that students learn the lighting level in the electrical installation.
It is easy to design automation systems that require network communication capabilities and a single- or multi-screen HMI, and the network protocol supports communication with third-party devices.
3. Security Protection
This smart manufacturing training system is equipped with an industrial grating to prevent safety accidents caused by the accidental intrusion of personnel during the automatic movement of industrial robots.
At the same time, it is equipped with warning lights for warning of different states of the teaching training equipment.
4 Software
The system is equipped with PLC programming software, touch screen configuration software, offline robot programming, factory automation simulation, MES manufacturing execution, etc., for students to program and virtual simulation debugging.
