1. Overview
This system is based on a typical intelligent manufacturing production line, using technologies such as industrial network, automatic control, data acquisition and remote operation and maintenance, combined with CNC machining centers, industrial robots, intelligent sensing and control equipment, visual inspection equipment, intelligent warehousing equipment and other equipment research and development based on key intelligent manufacturing technologies and equipment, demonstrating the functions and ideas of automation, digitization, networking, integration and intelligence. It involves knowledge and skills in the fields of intelligent control technology, CNC technology, industrial robot technology, pneumatic technology, sensor technology, mechatronics technology, industrial engineering technology, software technology, automation technology and online measurement technology.
The intelligent manufacturing technology application platform consists of a data management center, a network management unit, an intelligent warehousing unit , an assembly and inspection unit , a robot handling unit, and a CNC simulation unit . Based on a modular design, it can be operated as a single station or in combination of two or more.
